We are hiring a friendly, tech-savvy, hard-working Internal Sales Representative with an attention to detail and terrific communication skills.

This person will be resourceful and dynamic, have incredible attention to detail, strong tech skills, flexibility and prioritization abilities, and drive to be the best at what they do. This position requires soft skills for customer / client service and also process-oriented / prioritization skills to accomplish a number of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role Summary:

  • Answer incoming calls and route accordingly to the proper team member
  • Input all online leads from various sources into the CRM in a timely manner for prompt follow-up
  • Execute our follow-up process, making outbound calls, texts and emails
  • Prospecting to new buyers and sellers
  • Set appointments for agent team members
  • Manage and leverage our CRM to optimize follow-up processes with prospects and clients
  • Maintain CRM data integrity with accurate information on prospective clients, current clients and closed clients
  • Assist with follow-up programs as needed
  • Other office tasks as needed

Position Details:

  • Position is full-time, 40-hours a week
  • Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Compensation:  Negotiable based on experience
  • Office position in Schofield, WI
  • This position is not a remote position

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Fast-paced and driven
  • Deadline driven with great organizational skills & ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly with shifting responsibilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and handle multiple priorities with a flexible daily routine
