Things to do this Summer in the Wausau Area!
Summer is finally here! In Central Wisconsin, we’re used to having winter until April / May, so by the time summer rolls around, we’re all ready. If you’re new to the area or simply want to get out and explore, we’ve put together a list of fun summer activities our team enjoys! Get to know our team and the area!
1. Rib Mountain hiking and walking trails.
Compared to other areas, Rib Mountain may not be the largest mountain, but it has a lot of beautiful trails and a well-known tower overlooking the entire area. Plus it’s just a few minutes from Rib Mountain Drive retail and restaurants. One of Allison’s favorites!

10. Woodchucks Games.
Take me out to the ball game, you don’t have to go far, we have a great facility here in Wausau. Watching a game of baseball and munching on a ball-park burger or hot dog is a blast! Tickets range from $10-$30, so it’s a pretty affordable fun night out!
